This Refund Policy (Policy) governs refunds for the Concierge Service (Service) offered by RewardPoints.Club (we, us, our).
By enrolling in the Service and paying the Service Fee, you (Client, you, your) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
RewardPoints.Club Concierge is a personalised advisory and execution service that helps clients optimise credit card reward points, transfer them to airline and hotel partners, and redeem them for luxury travel and vacation experiences.
The Service involves strategic consulting, planning, and high-touch execution, and therefore differs from a returnable product purchase. All refund rights are governed exclusively by this Policy.
2. Payment and Service Structure
The full Service Fee is payable at the time of sign-up. The Service is divided into two components:
(a) Setup & Onboarding Phase Setup Call, Credit Card Audit, and Year-Plan creation.
(b) Ongoing Concierge Phase Travel/redemption planning and execution support for 12 months from sign-up.
3. 72-Hour Full Refund Window
Clients may cancel their enrolment and request a 100% refund within 72 hours of payment, provided that the Setup & Onboarding Call has not yet been conducted.
Once the Setup Call has been scheduled or delivered, this 72-hour window no longer applies.
4. Post-Onboarding Refund Terms
After the Setup & Onboarding Phase (i.e., once the Setup Call and Year-Plan have been delivered), 50% of the total Service Fee becomes non-refundable.
The remaining 50% corresponds to the Ongoing Concierge Phase, which is subject to the Value Guarantee.
5. 12-Month Value Guarantee
At the end of the 12-month service term, if the total measurable value derived through our assistance is less than 2× (two times) the Service Fee paid, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your total Service Fee.
Clients must provide a record of annual spends and redemption data within 30 days of the end of the term. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of verification.
If the 2× value threshold is achieved or exceeded, no refund will be due.
6. Early Termination or Mid-Term Cancellation
If the Client voluntarily cancels or terminates the Service before the 12-month term concludes, no refund (partial or full) shall be due.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to support@rewardpoints.club.
The Value Guarantee applies only to Clients who complete the full 12-month term.
7. Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal reasons.
- Lack of engagement (missed calls, unresponsiveness, or delay in sharing spend data).
- Force majeure or third-party issues (loyalty devaluation, airline/hotel policy changes, etc.).
- Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after service delivery.
8. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to support@rewardpoints.club with full details.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of approval.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Policy Updates
RewardPoints.Club reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of payment governs that transaction.
